Achieving the influence and impact on the branches of jurisprudence Applied Fundamental Study

Abstract

It was my concern to write about a sensitive and delicate subject so that it will not become a traditional research, after lot of suspicious consideration about several topics. Finally I decided to write about the topic methods that disrupted the scholar's views, varied their opinions and branched out them to a large extent. Each of them has his reason and strong perspective. The topic related to methods among graduation, revision and investigation. What prompted me more to write about this topic was common mixing among these three paths of reasoning. although I do not blame those who might mix between them due to that accurate differences among them , which needs to track and verify a lot of reliable fundamentalist books , although some fundamentalists have pointed out to them just as a signal, and some of them mentioned an aspect of its aspects, but they did not exhibit in an independent research explanations about what is ambiguous in the case, revealing the truth which include, describing the points which unify them and those which differentiate them. That is why I have chosen this topic. God may cover my faults. He is the best guide.
