Before submitting a manuscript to Qalaai Zanist Journal, authors must adhere to all journal guidelines. Detailed instructions are provided in three languages (Kurdish, Arabic, and English) in the official document.
Qalaai Zanist Journal accepts two types of manuscripts:
Review Articles: Must focus on a current topic. The required sections include:

Abstract (unstructured, max. 250 words)

Tables and Figures (if applicable) with titles and legends

Original Articles: Manuscripts should be written in:

Authors should avoid excessive use of long sentences and passive voice. Spelling and grammar checks are highly recommended.
The manuscript should not exceed 30 pages and should be structured as follows:
Title: Clear and concise, without references, abbreviations, or chemical compounds.
Authors and Affiliations: Full names with superscript letters for affiliations, including department, faculty/college, university, city, and country.
Informative summary (max. 250 words) covering research purpose, main findings, and conclusions.
Four to six keywords must be included.
Provides essential background, avoiding excessive review. Ends with a clear research question.
Detailed explanation of experimental procedures, citing previous methods where applicable.
Mention brand names and company details for equipment, instruments, and chemicals.
Ethical considerations for human and animal studies must be stated.
Presents findings objectively using text, tables, and figures. Data should not be repeated in multiple formats.
Compares findings with previous research, emphasizing key insights.
Avoids repetition of detailed data.
Summarizes key findings, linking them to the study objectives.
May include new hypotheses and recommendations.

Figures should be submitted as separate JPG files (300 dpi resolution).
Submit manuscripts online via Qalaai Zanist Journal’s submission system.
Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under consideration elsewhere.
After submission, authorship modifications (addition/removal/reordering) are not permitted.
Manuscripts may be rejected without peer review if they do not comply with guidelines or are beyond the journal’s scope.
Accepted manuscripts are published online promptly (PDF format) with a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for citation and indexing.
Authors receive one set of page proofs (PDF) for checking accuracy in text, tables, and figures before final publication.
Title Page: Includes title, author names, designations, affiliations, email, ORCID, and corresponding author’s contact details.
Peer Review Suggestions: Provide at least three potential reviewers.
Abstract: Unstructured, max. 250 words.
References: Formatted using EndNote reference management system.
Tables: Placed on a separate page.
Figures: Submitted separately in JPG (300 dpi) format, with captions at the end of the manuscript.
Conflict of Interest Statement: Included.
