Qalaai Zanist Scientific Journal is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and ethical publishing. To ensure originality, all submitted manuscripts are thoroughly checked for plagiarism using Turnitin software, which scans content against an extensive database of websites, academic publications, and previously submitted works. The journal allows a maximum overall similarity index of 25%, with no more than 5% similarity from any single source. Plagiarism, including the use of another’s ideas, data, or exact wording without proper citation, is strictly prohibited and considered a serious ethical violation—even a single uncited sentence may be deemed plagiarized. Authors must ensure their submissions are entirely original, not previously published, and do not substantially overlap with any of their prior work unless properly referenced. Submissions found to violate this policy may be rejected or retracted. Additionally, authors are required to disclose any simultaneous submissions to other journals at the time of submission.
