The Effects of the Social Factors on the Recidivism (An Analytical Research in Kurdistan Region of Iraq)

Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the effects of the social factors on the resevidisim. This paper studied those social factors which directly have role on reoffending. The method is used in this research to present the results is charts with explanation. In the end this study has concluded some results which are: the social factors have a huge impact on commiting criminal behavior. Furthermore, the economical factors have an important role upon criminal behavior as well. Social measures have role in commiting crime.
