The Rule (Getting Out of Disagreement Is Desirable) and its Applications in the Book “Eiaanat Alttalibeen”, of The Scholar Al-Bakri Al-Shafi’i A Comparative Study

Abstract
This research deals with the definition of the scholar al-Bakri al-Damiati al-Shafi’i, his book Aid to the Seekers, and his approach with the jurisprudential rules in his aforementioned book, then studying the rule (Exiting the disagreement is desirable) one of the general jurisprudential rules, by explaining the meaning of the rule, its evidence, and its inclusion in the four schools, and their applications when Al-Bakri through his book Student Aid.
This rule is an important value, which should not be neglected, but rather adhere to; Because of its piety and precaution in religion, which is a legitimate requirement, since taking into account the disagreement and leaving it leads to love and synthesis between hearts, convergence of opinions and jurisprudence, and distancing from sectarian fanaticism, and in that interest is what is not hidden by the intelligent intelligence.
