Abstract

Thi s research aims to shed light on the delegation of constitutional jurisdiction, in terms of the statement of the concept of delegation of constitutional jurisdiction and conditions, as well as addressing the types of delegation of constitutional jurisdiction and distinguish it from similar legal systems, in addition to dealing with the delegation of constitutional powers and according to the Iraqi constitution of 2005, by addressing the delegation of legislative and executive powers with reference to the responses and recommendations we have reached from this research.
