Abstract
ن ا١ت٨اء ا١خ٨ِٰ٥ٮ ٨٢١ِام ا١فٰاـٮ وا١فٰاـات ا١ٓا٤ث ٯطخ٬ي ْ٢٭ وُائٗ ووضػات ح٨ِٰ٥ٰث ٤غخ٢ٙث ا٥١فخ٬ى، إذ إن ذ٥ث ْالٛات ٢١ف٢ٍث وا١ختٰٓث وا١ؽٛاةث ح٨لأ ةٰ٦ْ ٨انؽ ا١ت٨اء ا١خ٨ِٰ٥ٮ ا١فٰاـٮ وا١فٰاـات ا١ٓا٤ث ، وحخٙاوت ٪ؼه ا١ٓالٛات ٦٤ ٬٧اضٮ ْػٯػة ١ٓ٠ أةؽز٪ا ٪٬ ٯخٓ٢ ٚةخ٬زٯّ نالضٰات ا١خهؽف ون٨ ّا١ٜؽارات أي ح٬زٯّ الـ٢ٍث ةٰ٦ ا٥١فخ٬ٯات ا١خ٨ِٰ٥ٰث ا٥١غخ٢ٙث ،
٘ أ٥٧اط ٫١ؼه ا١ٓالٛات حخ٥ٰؾ ةٓػم حؽٰٞؾ ا١ف٢ٍات وا١هالضٰات ٘ٮ ن٨ ّ ا١ٜؽارات ْ٨ػ ا٥١فخ٬ٯات ا١ٓ٢ٰا ة٠ ح٥خّ ا٥١فخ٬ٯات األد٧٭ ة٫ؼه ا١ف٢ٍات وا١هالضٰات، أي ٯشؽي ا١ٓ٠٥ْ ٢٭ ح٬زٯٓ٫ا وحلخخ٫ا ةٰ٦ ا٬١ضػات وا٥١فخ٬ٯات ا١خ٨ِٰ٥ٰث ا٥١غخ٢ٙث و٪ؼا ٯٓ٨ٮ أ٨٧ا أ٤ام ٧ِام ٰ٘ػرا١ٰث، و٪ؼا ٤ا ٯ٨ٍتٚ ْ٢٭ ٌتٰٓث ا٨١ِام ا١فٰاـٮ ٘ٮ ا١ٓؽاق ةٓػ ْام 2003
