The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed consumer behavior analysis and marketing strategies, enabling businesses to gain deeper insights into customer preferences and optimize their campaigns. The primary purpose of this study is to explore how AI influences consumer behavior insights, customer engagement, and overall marketing performance. A quantitative research approach was adopted, utilizing data from 133 employees across 14 marketing agencies in Erbil, Kurdistan Region of Iraq. Data collection involved structured questionnaires, and statistical analyses such as reliability tests, correlation, ANOVA, and regression were conducted. The findings demonstrate that AI technologies significantly enhance consumer behavior analysis, with strong positive correlations between AI usage and both consumer insights and marketing strategy effectiveness. Regression analysis supported the hypotheses, showing that AI-driven personalization positively influences customer engagement and satisfaction. However, ethical challenges, including concerns over data privacy, moderately hinder AI adoption. In conclusion, the study confirms that AI is a transformative tool for modern marketing, capable of improving customer engagement and campaign success. Nonetheless, businesses must address ethical challenges to ensure sustainable AI integration. These findings provide actionable insights for marketing agencies, emphasizing the need for ethical AI practices, investment in AI technologies, and the balancing of innovation with consumer trust. Future research should explore AI's evolving role across diverse industries and regions.
