Abstract
The mean centering of ratio spectra methods (MCRSM) for simultaneous determination of binary mixture for pyridine and quinoline in gasoline samples. The absorption spectra were recorded in the wavelength range 200-350 nm over concentration ranges of (3.0 - 45) mg L-1 and (1.5 – 7.5) mg L-1 for pyridine and quinoline respectively. The LODs were obtained by the proposed methods 1.02 mg L-1 for pyridine and 0.63 mg L-1 for quinoline. As well as, for extraction pyridine and quinoline oxalic acid with 1-Butyl-3-Methylimidazolium chloride as (deep eutectic solvent) applied to dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction method. The effects of the different parameters to evaluate the dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction process were optimized. The optimum conditions were obtained to be 100 µL of deep eutectic solvents, as extract solvent, and optimum dispersive volume of 1.0 mL of ethanol resulted in a good spectrum, as well as vortexed time was not affected, then the temperature was selected to be 40 0C for extract solvents. Additionally, ionic strength of no need NaCl for deep eutectic solvent. Moreover, deep eutectic solvent is a good extract solvent which used to microextracte pyridine and quinoline in gasoline samples.
