Abstract

The commercial advertisements are one of the most important pillars of the modern economy, because of the development of its means and methods. It is also an effective and influential way to introduce products, goods and services of various types and trademarks and because the purpose of commercial advertising is to encourage consumers to buy and use goods and services,
therefore, media means of all kinds of visual, written and audio channels in other words television channels, radio and newspapers and magazines are the latest and fastest way to increase the impact on the consumers, but it may lead to a damage to consumers and the damage to consumer may lead to costly expenses and therefore And through this research we focus on the types of wrongful acts committed by the media when they advertise for a certain product and service, where this advertisement brings profit to the product and to the media channel, but leads to a damage to the consumer and as we look for how to protect consumers from these damages before it happens and ways of receiving appropriate due compensation to the consumer when the damage occurs.
