Analyzing the Influencing Relationship between Strategic Awareness and Organizational Prosperity through Human Talent Management

Abstract
The research aims to analyze the effectual relationship between the strategic awareness represented by its dimensions (internal strategic awareness, external strategic awareness, current strategic awareness, prospective strategic awareness) and the organizational prosperity represented by (intellectual capital, organizational agility, sustainable competitive advantage, innovation) and the mediating role of management Human talents in that relationship and influence. Through the research objectives, the research pursued through its general framework, determining the research problem by asking several questions centered on the nature of the relationship and the impact between strategic awareness, organizational prosperity, and the mediating variable, human talent management. For multiple tests, the study used a questionnaire form as a tool for data acquisition. The researchers used the descriptive analytical approach in the research to analyze the relationship and influence between the research variables. The research community represented all the administrative leaders in the private universities surveyed. The number of respondents was (94) from the academic leaders (dean, department head, dean). The hypotheses were tested through a set of statistical tests through the statistical analysis program. (SPSS V.25).and Amos.
The researchers reached a set of conclusions, the most prominent is the existence of a relationship and correlation between the research variables, the results showed a significant impact of strategic awareness on organizational prosperity, and the results showed an indirect significant impact of strategic awareness on organizational prosperity through human talent management as a mediating variable. A set of proposals was proposed, the most important of which is that it is necessary for the surveyed universities to maintain a high interest in the dimensions of strategic awareness because of their clear role in providing the necessary information to assist the colleges’ management in taking appropriate decisions to confront the changes that occur in the turbulent environment, and because of their impact on achieving organizational prosperity.
