The Role of The School Principal in Communicating Effective Learning from The Point of View of Social Subjects Teachers

Abstract
This study aims to determine the level of knowledge of the role of the school principal in communicating effective learning from the point of view of social subjects teachers in the basic stage, in the school year ( 2021-2022), a study sample of (172) teachers according to the gender variable, a certificate from a diploma and a bachelor’s degree, years of Service in Education Center Erbil, with a percentage of (%18.5), they were chosen at random. The search tool is a questionnaire consisting of (60) paragraphs based on (likert scale) the compatibility scale of the Fifth Organization, divided into (7) areas, including (evaluation, teaching strategies) Teaching plans, teaching tools, educational curricula, human relations), and used the descriptive approach with the use of ( Statistical package for social sciences) (SPSS), and concluded that the role of the school principal in communicating effective learning is high in the view of teachers of social subjects in the basic stage, the results of the hypotheses were The role of the school principal in the delivery of effective learning according to the variables (gender, certificate, years of service), all of which are not statistically significant, all of them were statistically significant, except for the gender variable, and among the fields such as The field (teaching and training strategies) is statistically significant, and differences of opinion were found between the sexes regarding the role of the school principal in communicating effective learning.
