Abstract

The arrangements governing In the future of relationship between Kurdistan's region and Federal government in overstepping the problematic issues and crises An assistance Professor Dr.Ahmed Adnan Kadhim, University of Bagdad Iraq had been endangered for huge problematic issues and different crises which specified in  all fields of the state stretching from the intensive central state and totalitarian – despotism regime until to democracy's state , which happened after 2003 as result of political transformations that depended on compromise and conformity to administrate the institutions by quota or any manner was produced according to guarantee all political and social elites in democratic process .
This article has tackled the research to identify the nature of relationship between the Kurdistan's region and the central government in Baghdad which witnessed all forms and kinds in cooperative relations or inactive relations , especially in the field of energy and investment sectors , So the reality of problems and crises were about How to administrate controversial matters according to the legislative laws and valid constitution .
The main problematic issue was about an independence referendum for Iraqi Kurdistan which hold on 25 September 2017, as a result of calls for Kurdish to declare the independence and achieving the dream of Kurdish nationalist movement , So the relationships between the federative government and Kurdistan's region . In spite of the refuse all states on the international and regional level to these procedures , because of the distraction in fighting terrorism and extremism which penetrated all societies and countries in the whole world .
The central government of Iraq still tries to solve all pending problematic issues and crises by an active dialogue according to the laws and constitution , in order to reach into national settlement with preserving on all previous acquisitions which carried out as a part of struggle for stabilizing the new experience of democracy in new Iraq's state .
