Abstract

An Offshore company is one of the recent companies spread worldwide, as established in the state but conducts activities in other states or free trade zones. This sort of company attracts traders because of the facilities given to the founders regarding establishment procedures, taxes, etc.

In the research, intend to explain the emergence of this company. And describe the legal regulation for offshore companies, as outlined by Lebanses and Jordanian legislators, concerning capital and tax, management, activites.
