Abstract
The aim of the research is to present the role of organizational strength sources in reducing The Phenomenon of organizational silence, To achieve that; it has been attempted to determine the influential relation between the two variables of the
research, the sources of organizational power in its dimensions (formal force, reward power, and strength of experience), and organizational silence which are (unwanted silence, defensive silence, and social silence (. together with the main question of the
research which is” what is the role of organizational strengths in reducing the organizational silence? ” This question is tested at the field level at Cork Telecom Company in Sulaymaniyah Governorate. For this purpose aquestionnaire from was
used as the main tool for purpose as a main tool for data collection, (130) aquestionnaire forms were distributed among a random sample of the employees in which (123) forms of them were were answered and given back. The number of the
valid forma for statistical analysis reached (118) ones only, and a number of methods were used. Eventually, the research came to a set of conclusions, the most important of which are: the presence of a statistically significant effect of the sources of
organizational powr on revealing organizational silence (unwantet silence and social silence) as an examplein the researched company.It can be shown as a fact that there is no statistically significant effect of the sources of organizational power on the
dimension (defensive silence). Based on the conclusion, the researcher has presented a set of recommendation, in which the most important is that the companys administrative staff uses the official avthority of the sources of organizational power
to pay attention to the employees by listening to their opinions and suggestion and later on work on these suggestions. This process gives great notice to the employees by showing respect to their opinions and proposals.
