Perhaps the Iraqi legislator will adopt it as a proposal to amend the Iraqi postal Law No. 97 of 1973 to become a modern Law that keeps pace with global changes in the management and control of the postal monopoly authority in the government sector by issuing a new law to become a turning point under which the postal development of a legal system applied in order to establish an institution in charge of the postal network and all its activities, which we called the council of the postal control authority.
