Abstract
The research shows that terrorism has become a global phenomenon, the mother of crimes against human beings, then, terrorism has not happened arbitrarily. There are many reasons, from different aspects, that led to terrorism, the most prominent of which is the misunderstanding of the legal text that results from ignorance in Islamic sciences, and the lack of receiving the forensic science from the real scholars, then, intellectual intolerance, and ignorance of the purposes of Islamic law. The research concludes with the most significant results and recommendations.
